AUGUSTA — With the high school soccer season concluded, a handful of Midcoast pitch players — a baker’s dozen, to be precise — have been recognized, as 10 prepare to represent their schools on the field one final time.

The Maine Soccer Coaches’ Association (MSCA) selected class/regional all-star teams, as seniors were eligible to participate in the 26th annual MSCA Senior Bowl on Sunday, Nov. 14 at Thomas College in Waterville.

Of those 13 area “all stars,” there are 10 seniors, two juniors and a sophomore.

The following are Midcoast student-athletes deemed among the best in their class/region for the fall of 2021:

Girls

Class A North — Camden Hills seniors Ella Powers and Tessa Whitley and junior Sydney Stone.

Class B South — Medomak Valley senior Annie Vannoy.

Class C North — Mount View senior Hannah Coolen.

Class D South — Searsport senior Kyla Perkins and sophomore Lily Nadeau.

Boys

Class A North — Camden Hills seniors Sam Brownawell and Ben Schenck.

Class C North — Mount View senior Draedyn Furrow.

Class D South — Searsport senior Josh Wright and junior Sam Cahill; and Islesboro senior Lake Lindelof.
